Duo Saving. More than just saving.

• The "Duo Saving" offer combines savings with a fixed interest rate and financial market investments with attractive return opportunities. This means you can achieve a balance between stability and growth.
• The "Duo Saving" offer applies to amounts you invest in a fixed-term deposit and an investment solution.
  
• The minimum deposit for eligibility for the "Duo Saving" offer is CHF 20,000. Half of your deposit is invested in a fixed-term deposit and half in an investment fund savings plan or a "Credit Suisse" discretionary mandate.

Fixed-term deposit component

• The minimum sum for the fixed-term deposit is CHF 10,000, while the maximum is set at CHF 250,000. Higher amounts are not eligible for the "Duo Saving" offer.
• The fixed-term deposit earns interest at a fixed interest rate of 1.2% per year and has a fixed term of 12 months. During this period, the interest rate of 1.2% is guaranteed. Shorter terms are not possible in the context of the "Duo Saving" offer.
• In addition to the terms and conditions of the offer, the conditions of the standard fixed-term deposit apply, in particular:
  • Time deposits are invested with a fixed amount at a fixed interest rate for a specific term. Withdrawals and early termination are not possible. The invested capital is not available to you during the investment period.
  • The prerequisite for a time deposit is a current account that you maintain with us as part of your existing client relationship. After the term has expired, and in the absence of a new fixed-term deposit being concluded, your money will be transferred to the associated current account. The interest is credited to your current account upon expiration.
  • No administration fees are charged; withholding tax amounts to 35%.

Investment component

• The minimum deposit for the investment solution must equal that of the fixed-term deposit (at least CHF 10,000, or equivalent). No maximum deposit amount applies.
• With your investment component, you participate in the development of the financial markets and benefit from attractive return opportunities.
• As an investment solution, you can choose either the investment fund savings plan (fixed or flexible) or a "Credit Suisse" discretionary mandate.
• The investment fund savings plan can be concluded via Savings+ or via the CSX app "CSX Invest". You can also contact your advisory team or your personal advisor. To invest in a discretionary mandate, please contact your personal advisor. The minimum amount for a discretionary mandate is CHF 100,000 (or equivalent) and depends on the mandate solution selected. The terms and conditions for fund savings plans / discretionary mandates likewise apply.
• If you already have an investment fund savings plan or a discretionary mandate, you must make a further investment of at least the same amount as the fixed-term deposit (increase in investment amount). Previous investments do not count as part of the "Duo Saving" offer.
• In the absence of termination by the client, the investment fund savings plan or discretionary mandate will remain in place when the term of the time deposit expires after 12 months.
