Sascha Paul

Sascha Paul

Sascha Paul is a Vice President in Asset Management at Credit Suisse, and has worked in Real Estate for six years. Since April 2017, he is fund manager of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LogisticsPlus.

Sascha Paul started his career with Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH in Frankfurt am Main in 2005, working in Real Estate Transaction Support. There, he handled due diligence investigations, feasibility studies, and real estate valuation. He studied Real Estate Economics part time at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS) of the University of Regensburg, graduating in 2007. In 2010, he moved to Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young AG in Zurich. Sascha Paul joined Real Estate at Credit Suisse in 2011, initially looking after two international real estate funds and an investment foundation, amongst other things, as part of the Asset Management International team. His duties also included the active management of a sub-portfolio of 12 properties in Germany and Ireland. In 2014, he transferred to the Acquisition Switzerland unit as a Transaction Manager, in charge of the negotiation and purchase process for the acquisition of new real estate for the bank's Swiss real estate investment vehicles. He was Head of Acquisition Logistics, with special responsibility for the acquisition of logistics real estate for the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LogisticsPlus.
