In order to respond to the outbreak of COVID-19, Credit Suisse AG, Taipei Securities Branch (hereinafter the “Company”) has submitted the Work-From-Home Contingent Plan and the other required documents to apply for its securities and futures business operating Work-From-Home.  The Company’s Work-From-Home Contingent Plan includes client information protection and monitoring control measures on work-from-home staff, etc. which have been submitted to the competent authority.  Implementation of the Company’s work-from-home plan has no impact on the Company’s daily operation.

說明：瑞士商瑞士信貸銀行股份有限公司台北證券分公司（下稱「本分公司」）為因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎 (COVID-19) 疫情，業檢具應變計畫暨相關文件函報申請啟動證券及期貨業務居家辦公。本分公司居家辦公營運模式相關內容包含保護客戶資訊、居家辦公管控措施等業陳報主管機關，啟動居家辦公不影響本分公司日常營運。
