Secure email communication between you and your relationship manager

Since December 12, 2011, the new SecureMail has been available to you as a Private Banking client.  

What Is SecureMail?

As a private banking client, you can communicate with your relationship manager via our closed, encrypted communication system – SecureMail. All you need is a recommended internet browser; you do not need to install any special software.

SecureMail is available exclusively to our Private Banking clients. Please contact your relationship manager for further details. If you are not yet a Credit Suisse client, but would also like to take advantage of SecureMail, please contact us or arrange a consultation at a branch in your area.

Information for Existing SecureMail Users

How do I receive a login for the new SecureMail solution?

You will receive the initial password in a separate email via the old SecureMail application.
The new SecureID token will be sent to you by mail.

How can I log on to the new SecureMail solution?

Please use the SecureMail link (new) in the login box.

Do I have to switch to the new SecureMail solution?

The old SecureMail solution will remain available until March 31, 2012.
Afterwards, you will only be able to use the new SecureMail solution.

Will my emails be transferred from the current SecureMail solution to
the new one?

No. If you still need emails stored in the old SecureMail solution, you must either print and/or save them before the old system goes offline.

Do I need to sign a new contract or agree to new General Conditions?

No, as an existing SecureMail client you do not need to sign anything – you will be automatically migrated to the new system. Your previously signed SecureMail agreements also apply to the use of the new SecureMail solution.
