On January 7, 2014 at 07:30 CET, Credit Suisse will release restated historical financial information arising from the introduction of the non-strategic units announced on October 24, 2013. David Mathers, Chief Financial Officer, will host a short webcast to highlight the key elements.

As previously announced, Credit Suisse has created non-strategic units to accelerate the reduction of capital and costs associated with non-strategic activities and to shift resources to focus on its ongoing businesses and growth initiatives.

Beginning with Credit Suisse’s 4Q13 and full-year 2013 reporting, to be released on or about February 6, 2014, Credit Suisse will amend its reporting structure to disclose the results of the non-strategic units separately. The introduction of the non-strategic units does not impact the consolidated results of Credit Suisse Group or Core Results.

On January 7, 2014 at 07:30 CET Credit Suisse will provide restated historical financial information for the first three quarters of 2013 and for all quarters of 2012 and 2011, reflecting the new reporting structure. David Mathers, Chief Financial Officer, will host a short webcast on January 7, 2014 at 09:00 CET to highlight the key elements in the restated historical financial information.
