*The service is currently available for UK Credit Suisse Private Banking clients. Depending on your country of residence or incorporation, certain features or access to the service may be restricted.

You will receive a welcome email with the instructions to set-up Credit Suisse Digital on your dedicated mobile device. Click on the button “set password” and a browser window will open where you will be able to define your password. Please contact your advisor if you have not received the welcome email.


You can now proceed with installing CS Digital on your mobile.


Download CS Digital app:

Then follow the registration steps:

  • Select your booking location and accept Terms & Conditions
  • Insert your username and password
  • Set a security passcode and verify your mobile device via an SMS code
  • Give consent to receive app notifications
  • Decide whether to activate your Face Id or Touch ID
  • The registration is complete and you can login to CS Digital
