The service is currently available for UK Credit Suisse Private Banking clients. Depending on your country of residence or incorporation, certain features or access to the service may be restricted.

Before logging in to Credit Suisse for the first time, you will need to set-​up your Credit Suisse Digital on your dedicated mobile device. This ensures secure access to your online account every time you login.


How to set-up Credit Suisse Digital

Step 1: Download the Credit Suisse Digital App

You will need to do your registration for Credit Suisse Digital on your dedicated mobile device:

Step 2: Set-up your password via the dedicated button in the Welcome Email

Click on the button in your email called "set password". A browser window will open where you will be able to define your password. Please note that this link is valid for 7 days and one-time use only.

Step 3: Select your booking location and give consent to security push notifications

Open the Credit Suisse Digital App on your mobile device. Select the booking location where the account(s) you want to access online are booked. Give your consent to receive push notifications (please be aware that this is only for security/login related push notifications).

Step 4: Terms & Conditions and Login

The next steps are to accept the Terms and Conditions for Credit Suisse Digital After that please enter your Username and password you defined. Now, please set-up your individual six digit banking app code.

Step 5: Mobile Device verification

You will now receive a SMS code (valid for 5 minutes) which verifies your mobile number. After successful validation, you will be able to set-up your Face ID or Fingerprint and be ready to use the App.

Before logging into Credit Suisse Digital for the first time you will need to set-​up Credit Suisse SecureSign – a two stage authentication app which ensures secure access to your online account every time you log in.


How to set-up SecureSign

Step 1: Devices

You will need two devices to activate your Credit Suisse SecureSign: Device 1: On your mobile phone or tablet (iOS or Android with a camera), please download Credit Suisse SecureSign from Google Play or the App Store.

Device 2: On your PC or tablet (iOS only), please go to​ and download Credit Suisse Digital and enter your username provided in your registration email and password (sent separately by SMS).

Step 2: Scan image from your registration email into Credit Suisse SecureSign

Scan the yellow SecureSign image (from your registration email) using the Credit Suisse SecureSign app.

Step 3: Enter Code

Enter the 8 digit activation code in Credit Suisse Digital and click continue.

Step 4: Confirm Secure Registration

A second blue SecureSign image will appear in Credit Suisse Digital. Scan this image using Credit Suisse SecureSign app. A 6 digit verification code will appear. Please enter this verification code into Credit Suisse Digital.

Step 5: New User Password Change

To finish the log in process, you will now be prompted to change your initial password in Credit Suisse Digital.
