THE OFFER

The PDS contains details of an offer of units in the Credit Suisse PL100 World Water Trust (Units) by Equity Trustees Limited (EQT).

LODGEMENT WITH ASIC

A copy of the PDS, accessible on this website has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The PDS is dated 29 March 2007 which is the date of lodgement of the PDS with ASIC.

APPLICATIONS

Applications for Units may only be made on Application Form attached to or accompanying the PDS, which will be made available once the offer is open on 18 April 2007. EQT will only issue or transfer Units in response to a completed Application Form. You can apply in one of two ways:

• by downloading the PDS and Application Form (when available from 18 April 2007) from this website and printing and completing a hard copy of the Application Form; or
• by completing paper copy of the application form sent (together with the PPS) to your Australian address. You may request a paper copy of the PDS containing the application form by calling Macquarie Equities Limited 1800 808 001 on or Ord Minnett Ltd on 1800 180 007.

The law prohibits you from passing the application form on to any other person unless it is attached to a copy of the PDS.

WARNING

The public Offer of Units is only available to persons receiving this PDS in Australia. The distribution of this PDS and the extension of the Offer in jurisdictions outside Australia may be restricted by law.
