After more than four decades in Singapore, we now have here our largest Private Banking and Wealth Management operations outside of our home base in Switzerland, and a leading Investment Banking business. With its robust economic fundamentals and stable legal and socio-political environment, Singapore forms a cornerstone of our private banking proposition.

At the heart of Southeast Asia, Singapore serves many of the fast-growing emerging markets in the sub-region. That is why a vast majority of our Private Banking clients who book their assets in Singapore come from around the region, attracted by the advantages of being in close contact with their relationship managers and being serviced close to home.

Credit Suisse Wealth Institute

Located at One Raffles Link, the Credit Suisse Wealth Institute is Credit Suisse’s first purpose-built regional training and competency hub in Asia Pacific. The Institute is a designated facility for our regional clients, where information and expertise is shared on how to best preserve and grow your wealth. Clients will have exclusive access to the Credit Suisse’s thought leadership, experts and events on topics ranging from financial products, investments, family offices and family legacy planning to philanthropy.

The Wealth Institute houses state-of-the-art training and conference facilities, equipped with the latest audio-visual and learning technologies. Its features include a main conference hall that seats more than 200 people, a suite of modular training rooms, e-learning and meeting rooms and a theatre for client presentations.

Corporate Citizenship

At Credit Suisse, we strive to assume our corporate responsibilities in every aspect of our work. We do so based on our broad understanding of our duties as a financial services provider, as a member of society, and as an employer.

Reflecting Credit Suisse’s global focus on promoting education, we support the Food from the Heart Foundation in Singapore through their Food Goodie Bag program that serves as an award system to encourage young children from disadvantaged communities to maintain good attendance at school.

Our longstanding relationship with many of the city’s charities like Junior Achievement, the YMCA Singapore, and the National Parks Board of Singapore resulted in a 45% engagement by our staff in volunteering activities in 2012. We also partner with the Red Cross Society Singapore for blood donation drives in our offices.
