Contact update made easy.

Enjoy the convenience of updating your contact details from the comfort of your home. 

Simply ensure that Mobile Token has been enabled on your App to easily perform these changes through the Credit Suisse PB APAC App:

  1. Add a mobile number or email address. Click here for a Step-by-Step guide. 
  2. Remove a mobile number or email address. Click here for a Step-by-Step guide. 
  3. Select the mobile number and email address to be used for your account(s).
  4. Change the notification preferences for your mobile number(s) and email address(es).
  5. Choose the preferred mobile number/ email address for the Credit Suisse PB APAC App.

Add a new mobile number or email address

Before you begin, get ready the email address or mobile number you intend to add. 

1. Launch the Credit Suisse PB APAC App and enter your login details.

2. Click on the menu icon to navigate to “Settings”. You will be prompted to authenticate yourself via Mobile Token.

3. Under the section “Contact Details”, click the “(+) Add mobile” or “(+) Add email” button to update your details. 

4. Enter your details on the next screen. Click “Continue” to proceed.

5. A security code will be sent to the mobile number or email address that has been added. Follow the instructions on the screen to authenticate and confirm the change.

6. Upon successful authentication, you will be required to select the account(s) that the mobile number or email address will be applied to, and set your notification preferences.

7. Once completed, you will receive an email and SMS notification to confirm the change. Your Relationship Manager will also be updated on this change in your contact details. 

Remove a mobile number or email address

1. Launch the Credit Suisse PB APAC App and enter your login details.

2. Click on the menu icon to navigate to “Settings”. You will be prompted to authenticate yourself via Mobile Token.

3. Under the section “Contact Details”, click the trash bin icon next to the mobile number or email address you would like to remove.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to authenticate and confirm the change via Mobile Token. 

5. Once completed, you will receive an email and SMS notification to confirm the change. Your Relationship Manager will also be updated on this change in your contact details.
