We believe the Next Generation can transform the meaning of wealth and disrupt traditional ways of thinking and behaving so that more legacies are built to create impact for the good of society.

The NextGen’s aspirations challenge conventional wisdom in many respects. They want to branch out and move forward while still preserving what their families have achieved; they want to grow their wealth and also serve the greater good by helping to create a more compassionate, equitable, and environmentally sustainable society. For them, these goals are not contradictory but complementary as they embark on their mission to leave behind a lasting legacy.

“The NextGen wants to live their lives with purpose and passion. They have a strong desire to use their voice to create a lasting impact for generations to come.” Viola Steinhoff Werner, Head Global Next Generation and Families, Credit Suisse; YIO Founder and General Manager
