Gigi Levy-Weiss

Angel Investor, Tel Aviv 

Gigi Levy is an angel investor, co founder and board member in many start ups including Playtika, Kenshoo, Plarium, MyHeritage, SweetIM, Eyeview, RealMatch, Lovelive.tv, NonoRep, Gooodjob, Superfly, Massive Impact, SpaceApe, SpeakingPal, R2Net and many others. These days Gigi spends his time working with his portfolio companies and meeting new, innovative Israeli start ups, mostly in the consumer Internet, gaming, mobile, e-commerce and SaaS spaces.
Till April 2011 Gigi Levy served as the CEO of 888 Holdings (LSE: 888.L), one of the world’s leading online gaming entertainment companies in the world. Prior to this role, Gigi worked for Amdocs, a world leading software provider and systems integrators for the Telecom market (NYSE: DOX), where his last position was Division President managing Amdocs’ activity in Europe (except Eastern Europe), Central and Latin America. Earlier in his career, Gigi held several management roles in various companies in Israel and the UK.
Before entering the business world, Gigi served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force. Gigi holds an MBA from the Kellogg school of management in the Northwestern University. Gigi sits on the board of MEET (Middle East Education through Technology), the prominent Israeli-Palestinian educational organization (http://meet.mit.edu/) and is a member of the advisory board of the Technology Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship MBA in the Tel Aviv University.


Philippe Cerf

Co-Head of EMEA Telecom, Media & Technology Group and Vice Chairman of the M&A EMEA Group, Managing Director, Credit Suisse Investment Banking and Capital Markets, London 

Philippe Cerf is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking Division, based in London. He is Co-Head of the EMEA Telecom, Media and Technology Group and a Vice Chairman of the M&A EMEA Group.
Mr. Cerf has 26 years of investment banking experience and has been with Credit Suisse for 7 years. The European technology team at Credit Suisse covers a broad spectrum of clients and verticals from software to internet. The team has been involved in 15 IPOs of European companies over 2014/2015 including Siltronic, Zalando, Flow Traders and Markit. They are also leading M&A advisors to technology firms and one of the largest providers of leveraged finance solutions to European companies including NXP, Alcatel, Misys and Spotify, as well as the leading Private Equity houses.
Mr. Cerf is a graduate of HEC Paris and received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.


Thomas Schornstein

Market Leader Israel, Managing Director, Credit Suisse Private Banking, Zurich 

Thomas Schornstein is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Private Banking Division, based in Zurich. Since 2009 he is responsible for Market Group Israel and is the Market Leader for Israel globally. Positions held within Credit Suisse have included Market Group Head, Sector Head, Senior RM and Head of Trust Office for various markets as Germany, The Netherlands, Nordics and Africa. Mr. Schornstein served as a member on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee (MDEC) during 2009. Thomas joined Credit Suisse Private Banking in 1998 from LGT, Vaduz where he was the Head of Divisional Planning Private Banking. Prior to that, Mr. Schornstein worked at Bank Leu for two years as Chief of Staff, reporting to a member of the Management Board. Mr. Schornstein holds a Master in economics and business administration (lic.oec.publ.) from the University of Zurich.
