Thank you agreeing to present at the 17th Annual Credit Suisse Financial Services Forum. The Forum will be held February 8-10th, 2016 at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, FL with registration beginning on the afternoon of February 8th and presentations and one-on-one meetings starting the morning of February 9th.

Presentation Format/Details

The conference schedule allows for a 40 minute company presentation. There will be a 40 minute breakout session immediately following each company presentation.

Presenting Companies

Please arrive at the Credit Suisse Registration Desk at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your presentation, at which time a Credit Suisse representative will escort you to the speaker ready room. A technician will be on hand to run through your presentation and answer any technical questions you may have. Credit Suisse will provide a laptop for your use during your presentation. 

One-On-One Meetings

The One-on-One meetings are an integral part of the conference and provide an opportunity to meet top-tier institutional clients on a One-on-One basis. Each meeting will last 40 minutes and we encourage you to devote the entire day to these meetings. Please indicate your availability in the One-on-One Availability section on the Speaker Registration tab.

We will send you the investor demand following the One-on-One request deadline on Friday, January 15th. We will ask you to review the list, re-confirm your availability and provide any guidance prior to allocating your schedule. You will be sent your preliminary meeting schedule immediately thereafter to review before they are released to investors as well as updates leading up to the conference.

Each General Session room will be equipped with a stage, a podium with microphone, a projector and screen, and a primary / backup laptop, as well as any other audio-visual equipment you indicate on your registration form.  Below are some additional guidelines for using computer generated slides as well as video.

Computer Generated Presentations

All presentations are requested to be submitted ahead of time by emailing creditsuisse@enlivenpg.com

When sending your presentation please remember to include any special fonts you may require as well as any video clips that will need to be embedded into your presentation. Upon receipt we will check to make sure your presentation is operational and confirm our receipt of it to you via email.

On site a primary and back-up Windows based computer will be in each General Session room. The Credit Suisse conference laptops are currently configured with Microsoft PPT 2010 and also Adobe PDF Viewer for PDF presentations. If your presentation is Mac (Keynote) based please contact us so we can make sure a MAC Laptop is available for use during your presentation. Should you feel more comfortable using your own laptop we will have a standard VGA connection at the podium to accommodate this request.

Audio Web-Casting

Credit Suisse is pleased to offer the option to webcast your session with our preferred webcasting provider.  If you choose to webcast, please access this link to complete your package purchase:  http://www.enlivenpg.com/160008

You will be required to coordinate directly with Audio-casting vendor for the production of your webcast. The webcasts will be available for replay for 90 days.

Please note: submitting or uploading your presentation to audio-casting web-casting is not the same as submitting the presentation for the conference. 

Handouts/ Shipping

We encourage you to provide participants with handouts in conjunction with your presentation. Handouts may include hard copies of the slide/computer-generated portion of the presentation, annual or quarterly financial reports and/or copies of the prospectus for recent transactions (if applicable). Please plan on sending no more than 100 copies of all handouts to the hotel prior to the conference.

Handouts and other presentation materials should be shipped and received at the hotel no later than February 5th.
