Since 2013, European Corporate Hybrids have become an established and relevant asset class, notably thanks to greater product standardization. That said, some recent corporate events have raised questions and potential uncertainties on the evolution of corporate hybrids through the cycle. During this panel, we will therefore discuss what could be the next developments of the asset class in terms of rating agency treatment, taxation and potential alternative hybrid structures.
