Chief Scientific Officer, I-MAB Biopharma
Taylor Guo is the Chief Scientific Officer of I-MAB Biopharma. He focuses on discovery and development of novel antibody therapeutics for cancer immunotherapy and autoimmune diseases. Dr. Guo is responsible for research target selection and optimization, formulating the pipeline strategies and discovery protocols for the Group.
Prior to joining the company, Dr. Guo served as the principal scientist of the Department of Neuroimmunology of GlaxoSmithKline (China) R&D Company Limited from 2007 to 2015, where he led or co-led small molecule and protein drug discovery programs targeting mechanisms for autoimmune diseases (e.g. multiple sclerosis) and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Guo received his bachelor degree in Biology and Chemistry degree from Morningside College in the United States in 1994 and his Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine in 2009.
