Sponsor FAQ

Please see below some of the important deadlines and information.

We look forward to your participation as a sponsor at the Credit Suisse 2019 Global Trading Forum at The Fontainebleau Hotel, in Miami Beach, Florida, April 3 - 5, 2019.

Please be sure to register, submit your payments, logo and provide all logistical information by March 15.

Listed below are the items required of participating sponsors:

  • Sponsorship Payment: Via wire or check. Please email Sam Lillo for information.
  • Company Logo: Please submit a logo image in a high resolution JPEG file to Jamie Juliano. This will be posted on the Sponsors’ tab of the event website. Image should ideally be a 150 dpi transparent PNG.
  • Conference App Logo: Please submit a logo image in a consistent square image of 300 x 300 pixels, .jpg format for all images to Jamie Juliano. These dimensions will look best in our Conference app.


All company attendees must register via the conference link.

AV & IT Requirements

You will receive an email from Dora Abreu regarding your AV and IT requirements for your booth. Credit Suisse will work with the Fontainebleau Hotel to confirm all of your details.

Gift Bag Collateral

Any collateral material to be given to attendees along with our Credit Suisse give away must arrive to the hotel by Friday, March 29 to ensure they will be distributed at Registration.
*Please confirm and coordinate with Sam Lillo no later than March 15 if you will be handing out collateral.
