How to Register Please read the following information carefully, you can register all speakers and speaker entourage via the Registration Form. The deadline to register is Tuesday, August 15, 2017.
Accompanying Company Representatives
You are welcome to invite colleagues to join you during your participation at the Conference. Please complete their details on the Registration Form and select Speaker Entourage, in order for them to be formally registered for the conference.
These meetings are an integral part of the conference and provide an opportunity for you to meet our top institutional clients on a one-on-one basis. Each meeting will last 50 minutes and we request that you devote enough time for a minimum of 8 meetings. Of course, we would very much welcome any additional time you would care to allot to investors. Please indicate your preference in the Availability Section of the Conference Website. You will be notified of your meeting schedule prior to the conference.

Please email a brief speaker biography (75 words) and a digitally formatted, IBM-compatible head shot photo no later than Tuesday, August 15, 2017 to email@example.com
For your presentation handouts, please use the Shipping Label provided to label your boxes and send to the hotel directly. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
All shipments must not be sent before Monday, August 29, 2017
Hotel Accommodation and Transportation
We have a block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. Should you require hotel accommodation, please complete the Hotel Reservation Form. Kindly liaise directly with the hotel in relation to your hotel booking and transfers. For further details please refer to the Hotel Accommodation page.
Attire during the conference is normal business attire.
