Deputy Group Director, Technology & Industry Development Group, Land Transport Authority of Singapore
Chris Leck is Deputy Group Director, Technology & Industry Development Group, at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, where he oversees autonomous vehicle deployment efforts. Prior to this, he served in various capacities within the Singapore Public Service, most recently as Director of the Futures & Transformation Division at the Ministry of Transport.
Other past roles include Director for Strategic & Political-Military Planning and Director for International Relations (Americas, Europe, Middle East & Africa) at the Ministry of Defence; Head, Planning & Management Information Unit, at the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR); and First Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations in New York.
Mr. Leck graduated from the London School of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in government & economics, and also holds master’s degrees in international relations and international law from Columbia University, the Australian National University and Tel Aviv University.
