Paul Robertson

Chair, St Vincent’s Health Australia

Mr Paul Robertson AM is Chair of St Vincent’s Health Australia, the largest non-profit, non-government diversified health care provider in Australia, which been providing compassionate, high quality health and aged care to the Australian community since 1857, with more than 20,000 staff and turnover of more than A$2.5bn and 27 facilities.

He is also Chair of Social Ventures Australia and chairs Alzheimer’s Australia (NSW). He is the founding Director of the Financial Markets Foundation for Children and a Director of Telco Together Foundation. He has recently been appointed as a Director of the Sydney Theatre Company Foundation.

He is Chair of Tonic Health Media Ltd.

Mr Robertson had extensive investment banking experience including over 24 years at Macquarie Bank as an Executive Director, Global Treasurer and Integrity Officer.

Mr Robertson was previously Director of Austraclear, Director of Sydney Futures Exchange Clearing House, Co-founder and Chair of Australian Financial Markets Association, Chair of St Ignatius College (Riverview), Director and Co-owner of Sydney Kings Basketball and Director of Australia’s National Basketball League.
