Weidong Ji

Presiding Chair Professor, KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiaotong University

After graduating from Peking University in 1983, Weidong Ji studied in Japan and received his Juris Doctor degree from Kyoto University. He taught in Kobe University from 1990-2008 until he returned to China. Mr. Ji has published many books in Japan and China. His primary research fields are sociology of law and comparative law. He is highly respected for his reflections on China's path towards the rule of law and judicial reform.
