Stanley Hui Hong Chung currently serves as an Independent Director of Air China and of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Prior to this, Mr. Hui held the position of Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NWS Holdings Ltd, responsible for logistics, free duty, transport and aircraft leasing.

In 2007, Mr. Hui joined the Airport Authority (AA) Hong Kong as its Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, his achievements included steering the public consultation on the need to build a third runway at HKIA to enable Hong Kong to maintain its position as a regional and international aviation center. Construction work on this project is now underway.

Mr. Hui held a number of senior positions in the aviation industry before joining AA Hong Kong. He was a Director of China National Aviation Corporation (CNAC) in Hong Kong, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines, Chief Operating Officer of the cargo airline AHK Air Hong Kong, Chief Representative of John Swire & Sons (China), and General Manager of Planning & International Affairs at Dragonair. From 1977 to 1990, he worked in various managerial capacities at Cathay Pacific Airways.
