Peter Graham is a chemical engineer by profession and holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He has attended executive management programs with IMEDE in Switzerland, and later in New Jersey, USA.
 
Mr. Graham worked for over 27 years with Exxon Mobil Corporation based in Australia and in USA.

In Australia he held senior management positions including General Manager, Lemington Coal Mines Limited at Singleton NSW, General Manager Ulan Coal Joint Venture at Mudgee, NSW, and Managing Director, Exxon Coal and Minerals Australia based in Sydney. 

In the USA for 11 years, Mr. Graham held positions including General Manager, Monterey Coal Company in Illiniois and Technical Department Manager, Exxon Coal, Minerals and Power Company in Houston Texas responsible for oversight of engineering and operations of coal, copper and power affiliates in Australia, Colombia, USA, Chile, and Hong Kong. 
 
Mr. Graham moved from mining to the oil and gas industry in project management, initially in Houston and later in Brisbane as Project Executive on the PNG Pipeline to Australia Project before converting that project to the PNG LNG Project. Mr. Graham then moved to PNG as Managing Director of ExxonMobil PNG Limited working for seven years on delivering the country’s first Liquefied Natural Gas project. 

Mr. Graham joined Ok Tedi Mining Limited in May 2015 as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to these roles, he was recently appointed as an Independent Director and Chairman of Kumul Minerals Holdings Limited.
