Co-Founder, Group President, and Deputy Chairman, Fullerton Healthcare Corporation
David Sin is Co-Founder, Group President, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Fullerton Healthcare Corporation, the leading provider of corporate healthcare solutions and one of the largest managed health organizations across Asia Pacific. He was the Executive Chairman of the Group from 2012 – 2016.
Mr. Sin is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Fullerton Health Foundation, which aims to improve the lives of the underprivileged by making healthcare and education in Asia more affordable and accessible, through leveraging strategic partnerships with Fullerton Health and international organizations like the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (“Global Fund”). The Foundation also works closely with Doctors Without Borders and In My Shoes.
Mr. Sin is CEO and Founder of SIN Capital Group, which partners with sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and family offices on long-term investments across a range of focus sectors in Asia.
In addition, Mr. Sin is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, the Fullerton Health representative at the World Economic Forum, and a Member of the Harvard Business School Global Leaders Circle.
Mr. Sin’s previous work experience was in investment banking and special situations investing at Goldman Sachs and AIG Investment Corporation. He holds a B.A. (Econs) in Accounting and Finance from Manchester University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
