Over the past three decades, the production of plastics has grown faster than that of any other commodity. Finding a solution to manage plastic waste and reuse it effectively is one of society’s most pressing problems. With plastic waste in the ocean forecast to outweigh fish by 2050, the panel will consider how different sectors can contribute to a circular economy in plastics, and the potential disruption that this global transformation might bring.
