Jing Wang
CEO, Credit Suisse Securities (China)
Jing Wang is CEO of Credit Suisse Securities (China) Limited. In this role, she is responsible for leading and managing the securities joint venture's overall strategy and business operations. Ms. Wang also works closely with all stakeholders to enhance Credit Suisse’s footprint in China.
Ms. Wang joined Credit Suisse in June 2020 as Head of Wealth Management China Onshore, bringing with her more than 25 years of industry knowledge, leadership experience and China market insights.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ms. Wang held several leadership positions at China Merchants Bank (CMB), where she started her banking career in 1994. Her previous roles include head of various departments at the Guangzhou Branch, and deputy general manager of Retail Banking as well as general manager of Private Banking at CMB’s Head Office. She led the growth of CMB’s private banking business from 2007 onwards.
Ms. Wang holds a PhD degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
