CANCELATION POLICY at the Grand Hyatt:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before check in time. After that, there will be a 1 night fee.
*Plus additional taxes: 5% VAT + BRL 11.20 Tourism Tax.

Breakfast & Wi-Fi is included:

For reservations in Grand Room apartments, buffet style breakfast (Location to be defined by the hotel).
For Club Room and Suites, breakfast is served at the Club Lounge located on the 20th floor.
Wi-Fi is included, 2 devices per room.

Check in time: 04:00 p.m.
- Early check in: Guests arriving prior to 04:00 p.m. will be allocated to their rooms upon availability under the charge of 50% of the group rate.
- Guaranteed early check in: In order to guarantee the early check in, we strongly recommend pre-register the rooms the night before. Pre-registers will be charged at the full group rate.
