In addition, complaints that are submitted via a branch’s website will be routed from CS CH to CS Lux. I also acknowledge that any complaint submitted via the website will be transmitted in unencrypted form through a public network. I hereby confirm having read the data protection information and accept to bear all risks related to the transmission of my complaint via electronic means as explained therein. I further undertake to inform any other person (such as any beneficial owner, authorized representative) whose data may need to be processed by CS CH, CS Lux and/or the relevant branch for complaint handling purposes of the fact that information relating to such persons may need to be processed, and undertake to inform such other persons of the content of the data protection information. In case my complaint relates to a branch of CS Lux I hereby authorize and instruct CS Lux and the relevant branch to exchange information with each other in order to handle my complaint in an efficient manner. I hereby agree that neither CS Lux nor the relevant branch is violating any bank-client confidentiality obligation and/or any data protection laws in relation to the processing/transfer of information for complaint handling purposes as described above and in the data protection information. I hereby release CS Lux, the relevant branch and CS CH, their governing and supervisory bodies, employees and other persons being at their service from any liability in connection with the related processing/transfer of information for complaint handling purposes.
