By agreeing to receive Credit Suisse PLUS FX Alerts you (the "Client") are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").
Credit Suisse AG or its affiliates (collectively "CS") shall use reasonable efforts to send alerts relating to significant events (knowledge of which is publicly available), which may have an impact on the foreign exchange markets by text message ("FX Alerts") to the telephone number or numbers notified by Client to CS.
CS shall not be responsible for the failure of Client to receive any FX Alert by reason of defects or other problems with the Client's network service provider. Credit Suisse accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of information contained in any FX Alert, or the failure by a client to receive any FX Alert.
