Private Banking     Committed to serving you

Committed to serving you

Over the past weeks, the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the world's response have caused increased volatility in financial markets and great disruption to everyday life.

We wanted to remind you just how much we value the trust you place in Credit Suisse. Please rest assured that during this challenging time, we remain focused and committed to serving you.

Taking appropriate action

As a global bank we are well equipped to protect our clients and employees. Our advanced Business Continuity Management capabilities ensure that we will continue to make the decisions necessary to maintain operations. Earlier this year, for example, we implemented contingency measures throughout APAC, and then quickly extended these as necessary to our locations around the world. Our operations can be conducted remotely, even in the case of quarantine, and we continue to monitor the situation very closely.

Our private clients

Anticipating and acting on the changing needs of our clients is our daily business – even more so in these extraordinary times. Our Relationship Managers are available via telephone, email or Online Banking, and as always, they are keen to support you. Do not hesitate to contact your advisor who will connect with our global network of experts across Private Banking, as well as Investment Banking and Asset Management, to find the right solution for you.

Corporate and institutional clients

We know all of our clients are making adjustments to the way they work, as the world and the markets are seeing unprecedented events. Nevertheless, our Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Markets teams remain committed to providing solutions and products that help companies and investors navigate these challenging times.

Market assessment

In times like these – times of market turmoil and uncertainty – the demand for trusted financial expertise is greater than ever. Our Global Chief Investment Officer and his team are continually assessing the markets in order to provide valuable and up-to-date guidance for our clients as we navigate the current environment together.

Our employees

Like our clients, our employees are facing extremely challenging situations both professionally and personally, and we are working to deliver the support they need. Our global, regional, and country crisis teams are operating seamlessly, and we have implemented additional measures consistent with the guidance and recommendations from both national and international health and regulatory authorities.

Staying positive

It has never been more important for all of us to connect and support one another, especially those at a higher risk. We encourage you to follow health and hygiene guidelines, and to treat yourself and others with care and respect. We remain confident that the more we come together, the stronger we shall emerge from this crisis.
