Credit Suisse Group AG owns 100% of Credit Suisse AG (Bank), the principal operating subsidiary. The Bank’s annual report is combined with the annual report of the Group and includes the consolidated and parent company financial statements of the Bank.

In 2014, we changed our reporting materials and began to present an extended quarterly Earnings Release. For the first three quarters of 2014, and going forward, the Earnings Release was supplemented by the Financial Report published approximately ten days later. However, no fourth quarter Financial Report will be published. The fourth quarter Earnings Release, which also includes full-year financial results, will be supplemented by the Annual Report. The Annual Report 2014 will be published on or about March 20, 2015.
