Past Speakers Johanes Oeni

Johanes Oeni is a Managing Director and Market Group Head for the Credit Suisse Indonesia Private Banking business, based in Singapore.

Mr. Oeni joined Credit Suisse in 2001 as a team leader for the Indonesia Market for Private Banking. In 2004, he was appointed Deputy Market Head and subsequently took over the market leader role in 2006.

Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr Oeni worked for JP Morgan Chase and focused on developing clientrelationships and managing clients’ assets during his seven year tenure. He was instrumental in the bank’s successful penetration into new markets, such as Bandung and Surabaya.

Mr. Oeni graduated from Arizona State University, USA. He holds a Master of International Management degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA, with specialization in International Studies and Finance.
