Professor Gabriel Leung
Professor Leung holds many responsibilities at the University of Hong Kong (HKU): as its 40th Dean of Medicine (2013- ); as inaugural Helen and Francis Zimmern Professor in Population Health; and as holder of the University’s Chair of Public Health Medicine.
Professor Leung is one of Asia's leading epidemiologists and global health exponents, having authored more than 500 scholarly papers that have helped define the epidemiology of three novel viral epidemics (SARS in 2003, influenza A (H7N9) in 2013, and most recently COVID-19).
He was founding co-director of HKU's World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Control (2014-18), and currently directs the Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (2020-).

Professor Tony Mok
Professor Tony Mok Shu Kam is the Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation-endowed Professor and Chairman of the Department of Clinical Oncology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
After his training and years of oncology practice in Canada, Professor Mok returned to Hong Kong in 1996 to pursue an academic career. His main research interest is biomarker and molecular targeted therapy in lung cancer. His landmark research on precision medicine for lung cancer has been adopted by multiple international guidelines, including NCCN, AMP/IASLC/CAP, ASCO and ESMO.
Professor Mok’s work has won him numerous accolades, including the 2015 Bonnie Addario Award; a Fellowship of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (FASCO) in 2017; and the Paul Bunn Jr Scientific Award in the same year. In 2018, Professor Mok was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award by the European Society for Medical Oncology, recognizing his global leadership in defining the lung cancer treatment standard.

Dr. Michael Tse
Dr. Michael Tse is the Director of the Centre for Sports and Exercise and Active Health Clinic at the University of Hong Kong. He is responsible for leading, managing and enhancing the center’s core areas in sport, health and wellbeing, exercise medicine, and the provision and operation of top-notch sports facilities – all with the aim of enhancing student and staff experiences and participation in sport and physical activity.
Dr. Tse has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industries, having worked in numerous countries such as Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, and the US. As a leading expert in the field of strength and conditioning in Asia, he is frequently invited as a speaker at various conferences and symposia both in the Asian region and overseas.
Dr. Tse is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer, and is ACSM Exercise Physiologist certified.

Ms. Cinci Leung
Cinci Leung is a Hong Kong-registered Chinese medicine practitioner, author, mother of two, and founder of multidimensional wellness platform CheckCheckCin.
She graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and then went on to graduate from the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese medicine. Ms. Leung holds a master of science degree in acupuncture from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Ms. Leung is a firm believer in using different channels to promote the concepts of preventive healthcare, and in addressing health issues through diet using Chinese medicine. As the author of the best-selling book series “Chinese Healing Soups 1,2 & 3”, Cinci has popularized the idea of integrating Western concepts with Chinese medicine theories to simplify traditional Chinese medicine.

Dr. Josephine Ip
Dr. Ip is the Honorary Clinical Consultant of Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Queen Mary Hospital, The University of Hong Kong. She was the past President of Hong Kong Society for Surgery of the Hand. She is the founder of the Hong Kong Society for Diabetic Limb Care.
Dr. Ip is actively involved in clinical work in Hand Surgery, Microvascular reconstructive surgery and Diabetic hand & foot management. She has over 100 publications including book chapters, peer reviewed journals and patents. She has been invited as key speakers in various conferences & as faculties of various courses in Hand Surgery.
Dr. Ip is a council member of The Medical Council of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Medical Association. She is also the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Weightlifting and Powerlifting Association. She is an enthusiastic athlete, a coach, an international referee and sports official.

Dr. Chung Wai Man
Dr. Chung is a physiotherapist and has an extensive knowledge and experience in various clinical areas such as orthopedics, spinal cord injury, sports injury, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
Dr. Chung is a founding fellow of the Hong Kong Physiotherapy College and the Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a specialist in sports injury rehabilitation which supports the education of the local universities and delivered numerous lectures, presentations and trainings.
As the past Executive Committee cum Team Physiotherapist of the Hong Kong Paralympic Committee, Dr. Chung has devoted himself to serve the Hong Kong disabled delegates in various local and oversea tournaments for more than 25 years. Further, he has been appointed as the Head of Classification (Wheelchair Fencing) of the International Wheelchair & Amputee Sports Federation from 2014-2018.

Dr. Victor Lui
Dr. Lui is a specialist in Psychiatry. He is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Psychiatry). He is Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Before he left Hong Kong Hospital Authority in 2019, he had been a trainer in both general adult and old age psychiatry for junior psychiatrists since 2007. His research interests focused on neuropsychological and mental capacity assessment. He is actively engaged in community service and public education.
Dr. Lui has served as board member or advisor in various Government committees and Non-governmental Organisations. He is also a speaker on various mental health issues in many local and international conferences.

Dr. Pang Hok Hoi, Paul
Dr. Paul Pang is a Registered Clinical Psychologist. He has over 20 years’ experience in treating psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviors, adjustment problems, traumatic reactions, addiction, personality, brain injury, as well as other serious psychiatric disorders for children, adults and elderly.
He blends his experience with psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Gestalt, Rogerian, and Solution Focused Therapies. He also provides regular training programs such as mindfulness, emotional management, increased motivation, crisis intervention, etc., to various organizations.
Dr. Pang was an active member of New York City (Early Intervention Program) and conduct performance assessment such as intelligence, emotion, personality, brain function and sexual knowledge in different hospitals. He has authored and co-authored both Chinese and English literatures on mental health issues and regularly hosts a mental health program on media outlets.

Dr. Marco Ho
Dr. Ho is a registered Specialist in Paediatrics Immunology & Infectious Diseases at Medical Council since 2012. He was a former Consultant Paediatrician of Queen Mary Hospital and appointed Service Director of Quality & Safety of HKWC (2015-18) and Deputy Hospital Chief Executive (QMH). He is an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor and was awarded the Knowledge Exchange Award by HKU in 2011 for his contribution to public health education.
He is the Founding Council Member of The HK Society for Paediatric Immunology Allergy & Infectious Diseases where he served also as Hon. Secretary (2010-14) and Vice President (2014-18). He was also the Founder, Chairman and Advisor of The Hong Kong Allergy Association; An elected President (2017-20) of Hong Kong Institute of Allergy to focus on education and research in allergy. Dr. Ho has authored and co-authored over 100 peer reviewed journal articles on topics covering general paediatrics, vaccines, infectious diseases, immunology, allergy and rheumatology.
Dr. Ho is the current elected Vice-President of Association of Private Medical Specialists of Hong Kong.

Dr. Chan Fong Yeung
Dr. Chan Fong Yeung is a Hong Kong-registered Chinese medicine practitioner and Chinese medicine practitioners in Mainland China. He has 35 years’ experience in Chinese Clinical medicine.
Dr. Chan graduated from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holds a Master's degree in Chinese Medicine, the School of Chinese Medicine, The Hong Kong Baptist University. He further obtained a Doctoral degree in Clinical Chinese Medicine, The Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.
Before coming to Hong Kong, he worked as a Chinese medicine practitioner in the Chinese Medicine Department of Zhongshan People's Hospital, Guangdong Province.
Dr. Chan has published many professional academic papers and speeches in the Hong Kong Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Chef Richie Lin
As the Owner and Executive Chef of one-Michelin-starred MUME in Taiwan, Chef Richie Lin uses the abundance of local produce to create modern cuisine inspired by nature.
Chef Richie Lin began his culinary career by moving to Australia to pursue his cooking dreams. Here, he began working at Quay Restaurant under the guidance of Chef Peter Gilmore. After co-founding one-star Nur Restaurant in Hong Kong, Chef Richie set the stage for MUME in Taiwan, with the intent of tapping into the island’s abundant, unused and underrated local resources. By applying modern European techniques, Chef Richie curates a unique casual fine-dining experience that is intimately tied to local resources.
Chef Richie represented Taiwan at the 2019 Madrid Fusion in Spain, co-founded the International Chef Summit Asia (I.C.S.A) in Taiwan, and currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Chefs4Farmers, covering the Asia region.

Chef Kin Lam
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Lam Ming Kin entered the culinary business at the relatively late age of 20, when he decided to leave university to pursue his true passion. Beginning in Lan Kwai Fong in Hong Kong, Chef Kin proceeded to accumulate cooking experience over the next 10 years in numerous award-winning restaurants in Shanghai, New York and Paris.
Through his company Kith and Kin Culinary, Chef Kin manages three restaurants in Taipei - the Michelin Plate-recognised Chou Chou and Wildwood, and the one-Michelin-starred Longtail – consolidating decades of experience to bring a global sensibility to his culinary concepts. His cuisine seamlessly blends Asian flavors and Western techniques, with emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.

Chef Jimmy Lim
Chef Jimmy Lim is the Founder and Chef of JL Studio, whiich was awarded two Michelin stars as a new entry in 2020. His kitchen is a platform where Chef Jimmy strives to perfect the flavors of home – Singaporean cuisine.
Chef Jimmy’s love for his homeland cuisine started at a very young age while he was helping out at his father’s hawker stall. After graduating from SHATEC (Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre), Chef Jimmy spent years immersing himself in the world of French and fusion cuisines at great restaurants like The French Laundry, Per Se, Geranium, and Noma.
With his ongoing work, he hopes to share the wide spectrum of vibrant and exciting tastes that Singapore and South East Asia have to offer. As he puts it, “I think the essence of Singaporean cuisine boils down to two words: balance and harmony.”

Ms. Thierry Chow
Feng Shui runs in the family for Thierry Chow. Since 2011, Ms. Chow has been apprenticing under her father, Mr. Chow Hon Ming, one of Hong Kong's most respected Feng Shui masters. With a BAA major in illustration from Sheridan College in Toronto, Canada, Ms. Chow finds unique, inspiring ways to combine her iconic style and creativity with tried and trusted Feng Shui family recipes.
She has written and illustrated a book "Love & Fate" published by et press (Hong Kong Economic Times) in Chinese, and has appeared as a Feng Shui consultant on numerous international and local media outlets.
Ms. Chow was also selected by Tatler Magazine to be on their Generation T list 2018, and selected by Prestige Magazine for their 40 under 40 in 2018. She has collaborated with major brands as a Feng Shui expert at various events.
