The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund International (CS REF International) will conduct a capital increase of up to CHF 318.4 million from May 25 to June 8, 2011, 12:00 (CEST). Six (6) old units will entitle the holder to acquire one (1) new unit. A maximum of 301’842 new units will be issued in total. The issue price is CHF 1’055.00 net per new unit.
