The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LivingPlus real estate portfolio was expanded further in 2010. The fund has been fully invested since mid-2010, and for the first time it has leverage for financing acquisitions. Rental income once again rose by more than a quarter and now stands at CHF 89.5 million (+ 26.9% year-on-year). The distribution per unit climbed to CHF 2.60 (from CHF 2.10), which represents an increase of 23.8%.
