Credit Suisse Research Announces the Launch of the Credit Suisse Basic Materials Indicator (CSBMI) and “Basic Indicator” Monthly Report
Credit Suisse North American Equity Research has teamed up with the Global Economics group to develop the CSBMI, which is comprised of a basket of 25 industry or sector indicators that reflect the strength of underlying demand, the level of production, and the price performance of the basic materials sectors.
