Voting Rights: How to Vote?

As part of our continued efforts on good corporate governance we encourage shareholders to exercise their voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Credit Suisse Group AG.

In order to vote on the proposals, the shares must be registered with our Share Register.

The registration of shares is not mandatory under Swiss law. Therefore, registered shares are not automatically registered in our Share Register. However, registration is easy and must be arranged through submission of the respective instructions to your custodian. The registration process usually takes 3 to 5 days. Registration can be in the beneficial owner's name or in a nominee's name in accordance with the provisions set out in the articles of association of Credit Suisse Group AG.

Registered shares are not blocked from trading at any time. Shares only qualify for voting if entered in the Share Register with voting rights three working days before the EGM (Record Date). The Record Date for the EGM 2022 is November 17, 2022.
