You can use Direct Line services to: access account balances and safekeeping account holdings, make transfers between your Credit Suisse accounts, order statements of your accounts and investments, access interest rates, banknote and exchange rates, as well as stock market prices in real time.

Direct Line services are free of charge. All you pay for is the telephone call. Upon request, Direct Line can send your account and safekeeping account statements to a specified fax machine anywhere in the world. This service costs CHF 1.00 per fax.
