The Credit Suisse investment foundations are governed by the applicable provisions of the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (BVG) and the Ordinance on Investment Foundations (OFP). The general provisions of foundation law apply subsidiarily to this. The investment foundations are subject to the Supervisory Commission for Employee Benefits Insurance (OAK BV).

Investment Foundation Legal Documents

The following documents provide investors with access to the extensive system of rules for the investment foundations. A prospectus is also required for investment groups with real estate, alternative investments, or high-yield bonds and investment groups with assets that are not very liquid. Those investing in one of the investment foundations for the first time are required to sign a declaration of enrollment.
