How do I view all of my accounts?
The easiest way to view all of your accounts is in Online Banking. To do so, log in to Online Banking and click on «Accounts and cards» --> «Accounts».

Where can I find details such as the IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, or clearing for my account?
The IBAN is shown on all pages in the «Account» area in your Online Banking. You can find the BIC at the top of the account pages. To see the clearing number, please select «Account details» at the top of the account detail pages.

What bookings can I see under «Bookings» in online banking?
The «Bookings» page shows what has been posted to your account. Under the default setting, you will see the bookings from the last 30 days. You can also change the time period or number of bookings shown directly on the «Bookings» page. The selection will be saved for future Online Banking sessions.

You can set filters to find a specific booking in Online Banking. Please note that under the default setting, you will see the bookings from the last 30 days. You can also change the time period or number of bookings shown directly on the «Bookings» page.

What is the Balance Optimizer and how do I set it up?
Use the Balance Optimizer to make your own rules for automated account transfers. This gives you an automatic and flexible solution for managing liquidity in your accounts.
You can:

- Efficient cash management with simple administration
- You manage the rules yourself in Online Banking

What is the estimated balance?
The estimated balance is an overview that shows the estimated future balances of your accounts. This is calculated using the current balance, previously entered payments, and standing orders in the future. This preview does not include incoming payments and withdrawals with a debit card or direct debit.
You can change your account settings to view which bookings are used to calculate your balance at the top of the account detail pages. These settings are also used to calculate the estimated balance.

Where can I find my account statements, or where can I order them later?
If you have already set up e-documents, you can view them in Online Banking at «Products and Services» --> «E-Documents»
If you did not find the document you want under «E-Documents», you can still order it by going to «Products and services» --> «Orders» --> «Account Statements» and/or «Tax Statement».
Please note that a fee is charged to prepare a tax statement. It depends on the number of items (number of accounts, securities in your safekeeping account, mortgages, etc.). Further information on the Tax Statement Switzerland can be found at this link.

How do I order payment slips for my account?
The simplest and most economical option is the "BESR Easy payment slips." These have a reference number that you can manage yourself. You can order the payment slips directly in Online Banking under «Products and services» --> «Orders» --> «Payment Slips»
You can order other types of payment slips from the advisory team. Please find the details in "contact us" below. Please also note that various fees apply to payments using payment slips.

How can I open or modify a rental deposit or close an existing account?
Opening
You can initiate the opening directly using the form below. Please note that the form must be filled out completely and that the legally required attachments must be submitted together with it where necessary. Closing a rental deposit

We like to open an account for an association/condominium association or there are changes for an existing client relationship. What do we need to do?
Existing clients: Associations / condominium associations with an account with Credit Suisse
In order to change the signatory authority vis-à-vis the bank, we need the following documents:- Signed minutes of the last meeting documenting the election of the current management board members. In the case of condominium associations, a signed copy of the administration agreement or minutes of the owners' meeting where the new administration was elected.
- Authenticated ID copies* of the management board members / administrators providing specimen signatures.
Please note that adjustment, including the review of your documents, can take one to two weeks.
New clients: Associations / condominium associations without an account with Credit Suisse
We would be happy to send you the opening documents in order to open a new account for an association and/or a condominium association. Please send us the following information/documents first:- Signed minutes of the last meeting documenting the election of the current management board members. In the case of condominium associations, a signed copy of the administration agreement or minutes of the owners' meeting where the new administration was elected.
- In the case of associations: Copy of the current articles of incorporation.
- In the case of condominium associations: Land record extract (dated within past 12 months) and bylaws of the condominium association (copy).
- Authenticated ID copies* of the management board members / administrators providing specimen signatures.
Please note that the opening, including the review of your documents, can take up to two weeks.
