You can order a new password on the login page in Online Banking or in the Mobile Banking app. An existing user ID is required. The password will be sent within two to three business days by post.

The new password will be sent within two to three business days by post. As soon as you have received the new password, log in with your user ID and the new password. You can then set another password of your choosing.

To create a secure password, please follow these instructions.

If an error message appears when ordering the password, start by checking if you have entered all the information correctly. If the error message appears again, contact our Online Banking Support.

At  www.credit-suisse.com/sicherheit you will find current security information including a link to www.ebankingabersicher.ch, where there are numerous recommendations to ensure the best possible security in online and mobile banking.

You probably input the wrong user ID. Your password may also be incorrect. Also check your mobile phone's network connection. Your network provider may have general problems.

We recommend: turn your mobile phone off and on again (also see SMS security procedures).

For security reasons, you have to contact the Online Banking hotline to change your mobile phone number.

You can further improve your security by using a restricted user profile (without admin rights) when surfing the internet and using Online Banking. You can create a restricted profile under "Start" ⇒ "Control panel" ⇒ "User accounts" → "Create new account" → "Restricted" → Open "Create account" (Windows XP).

You are now able to link a second SecurID to your Online Banking contract. To order a second SecurID please contact the Online Banking hotline (private clients) or the Electronic banking desk (corporate clients).

No. The second ID is required per Online Banking session, irrespective of the number of attached Online Banking contracts.
