Important information

By registering for the Event, you authorize and instruct Credit Suisse AG (the "Bank") to provide and transmit your name, registration information, as well as other Personal Data (e.g. IP address) ("Data") to employees of Credit Suisse AG in Switzerland involved in the organization of the Event and the bank to grant access to Data to any third-party service provider(s) in Switzerland including without limitations to those listed herein (the employees of Credit Suisse AG and the third-party service providers are hereinafter referred to as the "Receiving Parties") for the purpose of arranging and holding the Event, and for any communication with you in connection with the Event. You acknowledge and agree that neither the Bank nor the Receiving Parties may be held liable in connection with such Data transmission to the Receiving Parties. You furthermore acknowledge and agree that, if the registration occurs by email, your data will be routed via an email system hosted by Credit Suisse Services AG without encryption of the email data. This means that confidential data could be viewed by employees of Credit Suisse Services AG and Credit Suisse AG in Switzerland or by its support staff or any subcontractors. If you register by email, your data will further be transported over the internet as an open network and could therefore be intercepted and used by others without your consent. Any information disclosed may become subject to foreign laws and regulations, which may not offer the same level of confidentiality/professional secrecy or data protection as the laws and regulations that govern the banking relationship. Further, they may require the Bank and/or the Receiving Parties and/or Credit Suisse Group AG and its affiliated companies ("Credit Suisse") to disclose all or any part of the Data to foreign authorities or third parties. Please note that third parties may interpret your participation at this Event as an indication of an existing or potential banking relationship with a company of Credit Suisse Group.
