Flex Rollover Mortgage

The Flex rollover mortgage is what is known as a LIBOR mortgage. With it, you choose a total term of one year and in so doing specify the point at which your mortgage interest rate will start being periodically adjusted to conform to the market interest rate.

Tranche term of 3, 6 or 12 months

Minimum amount of CHF 100,000


You choose the total term (framework term) and define the period (tranche term) following which your mortgage interest rate will be successively reset.
