I'm New

When you open a Viva Banking Package, you automatically gain access to the exclusive Viva World. After you open your package, you will receive an e-mail to register. When you register, you have to define the access data (user name/email address, nickname and password) that you can then use whenever you log on.

If you are not yet a Viva client:

  1. Fill out the application for a Viva Banking Package.
  2. We will contact you by phone, and you will receive the documents for opening an account by mail.

Activating Your QR Code for Viva Movie Days

On the Viva website:

  1. Log on with your user name and password.
  2. Look up your Viva profile. There, you will find your personal QR code for Viva Movie Days.
  3. Print your profile page with the QR code, and show it to the box office attendant.

Registration / Logon

If you have already used your Viva activation code, you simply need to reset your password:

  • Go to and click on "Viva Login"
  • Select "Reset password"
  • Enter the email address you have used to log in so far
  • You will receive an email for resetting your password
  • Click the link and enter a new password

If you have not used your Viva activation code yet, you still need to register to have access to your profile in the future and to be able to enjoy the value added services of Viva:

  • Enter your contact details at
  • Once the data has been reviewed, you will receive an activation link within a few days
  • Open the activation link, reset your password, and your activation is complete with just one click

You can reach us by phone at 0844 000 220 (Monday-Friday). We will use your opening data to identify you over the telephone, and then we can tell you which email address you used.

At the very bottom of the red logon box, find the "Forgotten password?" link, which takes you to a screen where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link. Click on the link, and enter your new password.

Ordering Offers

You can use a valid credit card or a prepaid card (Mastercard) to pay for the offers online. As soon as the credit card debit is completed successfully, your order will be processed.

No, these payment methods are not possible. You can only pay with a credit card or a prepaid card.

Deliveries can sometimes take up to three weeks. Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and its partners make every effort to deliver items as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by phone at 0844 000 220 (Monday-Friday).

If the goods you receive do not match your order or are incorrect, you can return the items in the original packaging within eight days.

Viva Newsletter

You can sign up for the newsletter at any time through your profile under "News by email."

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter via your profile at any time, but then you will no longer receive information from us about great offers and new Viva features.

Data Forwarding

When you register with Viva World, we forward some of your data to certain third parties in Switzerland and abroad. Your data is also sent to our suppliers when you order Viva offers. You can find the complete terms of use here.

Not Interested in Viva World

You can terminate your Viva Banking Package at any branch, or by telephoning our Customer Center (CuC): 0844 000 220. However, your access to Viva World will be disabled as soon as your banking package is terminated. Access to Viva World is impossible without a Viva Banking Package.
