Viva Kids Banking Package Conditions of Participation

Participation is free of charge and is not subject to the conclusion of a legal transaction. The contest is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over domiciled in Switzerland. Employees of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG ("CS") and of third-party companies hired by CS who are involved in the project are not eligible to enter. One entry per household. Participants can be disqualified, even after the contest has ended, if there are adequate grounds for doing so (e.g. giving incorrect information in the registration).
The winner will be drawn from among the most creative entries after the closing date. The winner(s) will be notified in writing, by email or publicly via social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat). No correspondence will be entered into concerning the contest. No legal recourse is permitted.
Participants agree that their contact details may be used by Credit Suisse Group AG and its subsidiaries for promotional and marketing purposes. The information will be treated confidentially. Participants can withdraw their consent to the use of their information for promotional and marketing purposes in writing at any time. By entering the contest, participants acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.
The prize for the contest will be delivered to the winner(s) by a third-party company. In the event of winning the contest, participants authorize CS to pass on the information necessary for processing and executing the delivery to the applicable third-party companies. These third-party companies may be able to draw conclusions about an existing client relationship with CS. Participants hereby authorize CS to send an email confirming receipt of entry, if necessary.
