If you do not yet have a Viva Mastercard Standard credit card, call us at 0848 880 844* or visit us at one of our branches. If you already have a Viva Mastercard Standard credit card, you can skip this step.

Activate the contactless function

When you receive your new Viva Mastercard Standard credit card, the first thing you need to do is activate the contactless function. To do so, insert the credit card into a payment terminal or an ATM and enter your personal code.

Get the purchase price refunded

After you purchase your SwatchPAY! Watch, you have to link the watch with your Viva Mastercard Standard credit card in one of the selected SwatchPAY! Outlets. After the first transaction with your SwatchPAY! Watch, you will receive the purchase price credited on your next monthly bill.

Activate the contactless function

When you receive your new Viva Mastercard Standard credit card, the first thing you need to do is activate the contactless function. To do so, insert the credit card into a payment terminal or an ATM and enter your personal code. You can then make payments of up to CHF 80 in seconds by simply holding the Viva Mastercard Standard credit card to the contact sensor. For amounts over CHF 80, the payment terminal will prompt you to enter your PIN to confirm the transaction.
Link your SwatchPAY! Watch with your Viva Mastercard Standard credit card
Once you have activated the contactless function on your Viva Mastercard Standard credit card, you can link the SwatchPAY! Watch to your credit card as follows:
- Download the SwatchPAY! App and create your SwatchPAY! Profile
- Enter the credit card details.
- Place your SwatchPAY! Watch on the Swatch Box in a Swatch store.
- You can then use your SwatchPAY! Watch for contactless payments.
