Credit Suisse SecureSign
Credit Suisse SecureSign allows you to access transactional and confidential content on Credit Suisse PLUS by providing a more secure authentication method where a simple username and password are not sufficient. It provides a more secure and reliable way to ensure that your information and transactions remain protected.
At this time SecureSign is available to authorized groups of users on Credit Suisse PLUS.
Upon log in to PLUS as an authorized SecureSign user you will be prompted to request a dedicated hardware device to be sent to your office address.
Your phone or dedicated hardware device captures and decodes a cryptogram image displayed on screen, which translates into a pin number you then enter to log in to PLUS.
Visit the PLUS landing page and select the ‘Using SecureSign’ option. Enter your PLUS login credentials and click Continue.” The system will then display the image and you will need to follow the simple 1-2-3 steps illustrated below:
The app on your phone or your dedicated hardware device needs to be activated before you can use it for the first time.
If you have not done so already you will need to personalize your password and set up security questions before activating SecureSign.
Before starting the activation process locate the Activation Email that was previously sent to your registered mailbox by Credit Suisse. (email@example.com)
Open SecureSign app on your phone or dedicated hardware device.
Launch PLUS in your browser, select the Using SecureSign method to log in.
To log in to PLUS select the ‘Using SecureSign’ option and enter your Credit Suisse ID and password
If you lost or forgot your SecureSign dedicated hardware device or mobile phone you will need to follow the steps below in order to get temporary access.
- Visit the PLUS landing page and select the ‘Using SecureSign’ option.
- Click on Forgot or Lost Credit Suisse SecureSign Token? link and use the details on the screen to contact Credit Suisse Support.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
