FAQ

eBill is an initiative of SIX on behalf of the Swiss financial center. Established as the digital invoice standard, eBill makes seamless digital payment of e-bills possible, thereby creating significant benefits for individuals, companies, and the Swiss economy.

Credit Suisse's preferred network partner is SPS. However, you can also use the eBill invoicing service if you are working with another network partner.

For the payment, you receive relevant data such as the name of the biller, the amount and the due date, as well as a PDF of your invoice.

For corporate clients, the use of eBill for Business does not change the joint signatory authorities on file at Credit Suisse and already in use today.

Clients who use online and mobile banking and have a business identification number (UID) in their CS master data.

For eBill invoicing service, you need a Credit Suisse billing account as well as business software for invoicing and reconciling payments of receivables. The master data of the bill-to parties and their email addresses are also required. There are no technical requirements for sending bills via alternative channels (e.g. mail or email).
