At times such as this, we want to continue to act as a reliable partner to our clients and employees – and to Switzerland – just as we have in the past.

Entrepreneurs

As the leading bank for entrepreneurs, we have the experience, network and flexibility that is now needed to support companies quickly and easily. The support package for the Swiss economy presented by the federal government, in which Credit Suisse also played an active role, is an important measure in this regard. We are also involved in various support programs at the cantonal level. We are here for you – to show you potential solutions for your individual situation.

Online & Mobile Banking

You have the option of contacting us by telephone or visiting one of our branches. In addition, our clients have access to comprehensive online and mobile banking services. In the interests of public health, we recommend that our clients carry out as many banking transactions as possible online. From mid-April, you only have to enter a PIN code for card payments over CHF 80. This provides you with additional flexibility and security when making purchases.

Support and solidarity

We encourage you to show solidarity and support others. Please help to protect the elderly and those particularly at risk from the coronavirus by following the appropriate rules and hygiene measures. Look after your fellow citizens and protect your own health. Credit Suisse has ensured that our employees can work from home – with few exceptions – to protect everyone. Even if it requires a little patience at times: If we treat each other with consideration and respect, we are convinced that Switzerland, the people here and the Swiss economy can emerge stronger from this crisis.

Edutainment for children

The current situation is posing a challenge for many parents. Especially during times like these, interactive learning content is a great way to keep the kids busy on their own for a while. In our Viva Kids World of Experiences, you will find exciting learning adventures and fun quizzes through which your child can playfully gain knowledge on money and banking. In addition, we're holding a coloring contest until July 31, 2020, in which three lucky winners will receive a Caran d'Ache coloring set.
