The first climate neutral real estate fund in Europe is offering investors exposure to a diversified core/core+ commercial real estate portfolio in key cities in Europe. Diversification among European countries and property segments is an important element of the fund`s strategy.
This fund is not registered in Switzerland. It may only be sold to qualified investors pursuant to art. 10 paras. 3 to 4 of the Federal Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA).

The properties and projects must meet the strict requirements of greenproperty, the seal of quality for sustainable real estate. It assesses five quantitative and qualitative criteria: - Utilization - Infrastructure - Energy - Materials - Life cycle and not only covers environmental criteria, but also includes economic and social aspects. The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Green Property has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since 31.10.2013. CS REF Green Property has been merged with CS REF PropertyPlus since July 1, 2016.
