Important Information

During the opening, only pension funds that are domiciled in Switzerland and are not subject to tax pursuant to article 6 of the articles of association will have the opportunity to subscribe for units in CSA 2 Real Estate North America (CSA 2 Real Estate North America), an investment group of the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation 2nd pillar. Capital is invested in building up its real estate portfolio.

Investment Policy

The CSA 2 RE North America investment group predominantly invests in commercial real estate in the United States of America (US) and Canada. The US and Canadian real estate markets are both in a healthy condition and are among the world's most liquid and transparent real estate markets. The focus is on the US, although investments can also be made in Canada, depending on the situation. The investment group pursues a "core to core+" strategy in these markets. It focuses on commercial real estate in cities experiencing economic growth. The emphasis is on first-class locations in these cities. A prime aim is to achieve a suitable distribution of real estate by region, location, and usage type. Great importance is attached to the location and quality of the property.
