The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LogisticsPlus (CS REF LogisticsPlus) is the first Swiss real estate fund that specifically invests in logistics and logistics-related real estate in Switzerland. The increased flow of goods due to internationalization is leading the logistics market to experience above-average growth. In Switzerland, the logistics industry moves approximately 450 million metric tons of goods per year.

Investing in real estate at production sites and hubs for the movement of goods allows you to participate in this attractive growth market.

Investor Base

The CS REF LogisticsPlus is restricted to qualified investors (pursuant to Art. 10, para. 3 and 4 CISA in conjunction with Art. 6 and 6a CISO). The fund is suitable for investors with a medium to long-term investment horizon who are mainly looking for a steady return and are able to sustain occasional price fluctuations.
